How long until the fun arrives? We offer three reliable shipping tiers across the USA to get our toys into your little ones' hands:

• Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For birthdays and "I need it now" moments!

• Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

• Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are packed and ready to sail within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our Ark.

SAFETY & QUALITY

Are your toys safe for toddlers? Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. All Aura Ark toys comply with US safety standards (CPSC). We specify the recommended age for each toy on its product page to ensure a safe play experience.

What materials are your toys made of? We love natural materials! Many of our toys are made from sustainable wood, organic cotton, and BPA-free plastics. We believe in being kind to the planet our children will inherit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you and your little explorers to be 100% happy. If a toy isn't the right fit, we accept returns of unopened and unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if a toy arrives damaged? Oh no! Even on an Ark, things can get bumpy. If an item arrives broken, please email us at [Your Email] with a photo within 48 hours, and we’ll send a replacement right away.
